Clearwater Sports Recovery Institute opened in 2019 when a group of orthopedic and sports medicine physicians recognized a gap in the Triangle market: athletes and active adults needed a single destination for injury evaluation, outpatient surgery, and structured rehabilitation — not three separate facilities and a folder of referrals.

Today, CSRI performs thousands of outpatient procedures each year and delivers tens of thousands of therapy visits through our main campus and Fuquay Recovery Lab. We remain physician-owned and physician-led, with every clinical decision guided by providers who understand what it means to have a finish line.
